Una stands out in a crowd. She has big, open, black eyes, a wonderful conformation and graceful, flashy movements. She is friendly and likes attention yet is always respectful. Una is five gaited with big, groundcovering gaits. Her form under rider has a beautiful neck carriage. Whether you are looking for a horse to show off in competitions/ shows/ on the trail or to breed high quality Icelandic horses she is a top candidate.Una was professionally trained under saddle and for a cart in Iceland, since import she has had extensive professional training in the US. Una had one foal in Iceland and was imported to the US pregnant. After having her second foal she was evaluated (see International Evaluation Scores below) and has promoted the breed in shows and competed throughout the US. Owner regretfully has to sell her horses due to life changes.
Una is up to date, and has always been under excellent care. Eczema free.

Fyrstur is sired by a first price stallion, grand-sired by Orri who without doubt is the most popular Icelandic stallion in later times. At age five he is at least 14 hands tall, strong and sturdy without being heavy or coarse. Four gaits at liberty with good expression and ground-covering, high steps and uphill carriage.Competition/show prospect in Four gait and tolt. Clear beat in all gaits and unusually well balanced in slow tolt.
Fyrstur is calm, sensible and careful. He likes attention but is not pushy or in your space. Confident and not reactive to the environment makes him a great trail horse too.
Loads and trailers well, good with farrier, lunges and long lines (double lunge or ground drive).

Glódís is a tall, strong, yet elegant mare. She has had a lot of Ttouch training, recreational riding and more recently professional gait training. She loves the trails and also does well in the arena. She can be laid back or forwards thinking. She moves well with suspension in trot and canter, her steps are long and ground covering with nice action. She is four gaited with a very clear/correct beat and quite the speed range. Tölt is getting stronger and faster every session. Impressive bloodlines, conformation and riding abilities make Glódís promising for breeding. She is a great recreational horse for an intermediate rider (beginner with supervision) or more advanced, currently she is one of my school horses. Will do nicely in Icelandic competition with continued training.

Stigandi is friendly to horses and people. He is brave and laid back but has a nice go in him when asked. He has some miles under saddle already, also on trails. Currently Stigandi is in further training learning the aids for each gait, some laterals and more. He has four nice gaits: walk, trot, tolt and canter.July update: Stigandi has a good range of speed in tolt and is very nicely up in the front (withers). He loves going out on the trails alone or with more horses. He has a good understanding of the basic laterals by now. Stigandi is doing so well that he has now become a school/lesson horse for my students.
